Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and diagnostics. We do not read them for any other purpose and we cannot connect them to you.

This site has no contact form, no catering form, no job application and no mailing list. There is nowhere to type anything, so there is nothing for us to collect.

You reach us by phone or by walking in. If you ring, we write down what we need to answer you and nothing more, and we do not keep a list of who called.

Our website host, because the pages are served from their machines. Nobody else. We do not sell, share or rent anything to anyone, and we have never been asked to.

The map on the Visit page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, your browser makes a request to openstreetmap.org, which will see your IP address. It loads only when you scroll near it.

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring the shop and we will do it within a month, usually the same week. In practice this website holds nothing about you, so the answer is normally short.

If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

There is CCTV covering the counter and the door. Footage is kept for 14 days and then overwritten automatically. It exists because of a break-in and for no other reason.

Card payments are handled by our card terminal provider. We never see or store your card number.
