We bake once. When it has gone, it has gone — usually around two on a weekday. If you want a choice rather than whatever is left, come before then.

- Level entrance from the street, no step and no lip.
- The doorway is 90cm clear. Inside there is 120cm between tables.
- Accessible toilet with grab rails and a 150cm turning circle.
- Assistance dogs welcome. We keep a water bowl behind the counter.
- Large-print and high-contrast menus at the counter — just ask.
- The room is hard-surfaced and can get loud between 8 and 10 on weekdays.
Where we are in Acton
We are on Acton High Street, the stretch that runs through the middle of Acton in the London Borough of Ealing. Coming out of Acton Central, walk down Churchfield Road and turn onto the High Street — about four minutes, and you will pass most of the independent shops on the way.
Churchfield Road is three minutes from the door and Acton Market Place is about six. Acton Park is a five-minute walk east if you would rather take a bagel and sit outside, Springfield Gardens is nine the other way, and Ealing Common is twenty. The 70, 207, 218, 266, 440, E3 and SL8 all stop on the High Street in both directions, and the N7, N11, N207 and N266 run overnight.
Most of our regulars are from W3 and walk here. From further out, Acton has four stations within about fifteen minutes on foot: Acton Central and South Acton on the Overground’s Mildmay line, Acton Town on the Piccadilly and District, and Acton Main Line on the Elizabeth line — which puts us roughly ten minutes from Paddington.
