We try to keep the menu and prices on this site accurate, but the shop is the authority. If the price on the counter differs from the price here, the counter is right and we would be grateful if you told us so we can fix the page.

We bake once a day and sell out. Something appearing on this site is not a promise that it is available today.

The allergen information on this site is maintained carefully and reviewed whenever a recipe changes. It tells you which of the 14 regulated allergens are used as ingredients, and which may be present through cross-contamination.

This is a single small kitchen with one prep bench, one fryer and shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please speak to us in person before ordering so we can tell you honestly what the risk is.

If you spot something wrong in our allergen information, ring the shop straight away — the phone reaches whoever is cooking.

A catering order is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing, not when you ring to ask.

Cancel more than 48 hours before and there is nothing to pay. Inside 48 hours we charge for ingredients already bought, which we will itemise. Inside 12 hours we charge in full, because it is already made.

Orders over £150 need half up front. The balance is due on the day, or on 14-day terms if we have set up an account for you.

Tell us, in person or on the phone. We will listen, and where we are at fault we will replace it or refund it without an argument.

Where we do not think we are at fault we will say so and explain why, rather than refunding to make you go away.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
